Sphinx with a ghost-head, circle of sun lions ... Sphinx White koala black turtle . . . Now push past the curtain of fibers White biting snake long snake who is in fact the Milky Way Push past and past, dead, no dead is different Past and past, asleep awake, creature-face is still the darkness . . . a forehead hides behind a slab of light as if reading creation's newspaper . . . I must not be broken enough yet, still the white snake there too mischievous-faced
